Print Layout Design - Problem while starting with Query Print Layout

Hi!

I tried to create a new Layout design taking Query Print Layout template as base. But when trying on database field i cant find BP table, Items table,..etc,some important tables are found to be missed. what does that mean?

should i write any query to retrieve those fields?

Maybe it is caused by your query is incomplete. Could you display your query here ?

But sir, i'm still not known, whether a query should be written in order to bring out those fields. also in that case where can i write the query in Print Layout Design window?

Thk you very much sir.. i've arrived at the solution through ur pdf file procedure...

but at one step,

"Click on the required Base Template (print layout) according to which you would like to

print your query and then click OK."

i got a error msg " Item No in Template cannot exceed 100 [message 4667-10]"

what does it mention?.. but i got the fields for which i wrote the query.

Think it's dued to the fact that you cannot have more than 100 lines per page.
