Hello,
We're facing to a possible bug when generate the chartbook without footer. I'll try to explain the situation:
In the chartbook preferences, Unchecking the footer option in footer section makes the PDF is generated incorrectly. Some of the erros are:
.- Inconsistences between header text and the position showed.
.- Blank pages.
.- Wrong subordinate tables
The solution (temporary) is "cheating" the system, I mean, check the footer option but without footer text and the backgroun color set to white.
Does somebody knows about this?
Regards
Assuming you have not made customisations in this area, I would recommend raising this on OSS under XX-PART-NKS.

You're right...
We have done several configuration and maybe the chartbook generation could be affected.
Anyway, before raise a OSS note, I'm going to create other <build> (orgchart standar) and I'll try again with the chartbook.
But, It's possible have two <build (live)> at the same time? How can I launch one or other?
Regards
Whichever build is published is the one that is in use for an end user. You can only publish one build at a time (per instance). This is one of the many reasons why it is good practice to have a development system for you to carry out activities like this without impacting anyone else.
So to swap between builds, load and publish the one you want to be active.

Glad I can help, but I think you've accidentally marked me as giving you the correct answer to your original question. I don't know if you can undo marking it complete or if perhaps Luke (as the space moderator) would need to do it?
Anyway I think your original question remains unanswered and I don't think anyone who may come across this thread later on would find my (possibly helpful) response to your immediate query will help them with the actual issue of resolving this odd OrgChart behaviour.
I think is probably right that this is an issue you should raise on OSS. However the practical workaround of leaving the footer blank seems a simple and elegant workaround for anyone else who may encounter this problem.
