Dear Experts,
Our user created the PO against an an internal order,when user want to delete the line item,its giving message
order item exceeds the budget.
Please suggest me.

From the error it is clear that you have mentioned internal order no in PO but the budget assigned for it already exhausted you have to increase the budget then you will be able to create the PO.
