What is the use of condition type PMIN and in which scenarios it is used?

PMIN- Minimum price Surcharge)
PMIN can be used to charge as a surcharge. When the minimum price has not been reached which the business wants to charge the difference amount can be surcharged by the business by using condition type ‘PMIN.
