I have a quarey regarding Refurbishment.
Example:-
I am selling product A to customer 1. Both are in different location. Customer have the problem with motor in purchased product A. So I need to send sevice technicial to customer location need to fix new motor and need to send it back old motor to my warehouse and need to book it in system as a return process only motor not complete product A and repair it and need to use to build second product B. So how can i show complete process in System??. In Plant maintance what are steps need to do assign service technicial to customer to do all the following steps including all the prospectives(MM, FI, WM and PM)??.
