PIDX (PETROLEUM INDUSTRY DATA EXCHANGE) number to MATNR

Hello to all.

I've been looking for an SAP table, transaction or similar that I can use to convert a PIDX number into an SAP material number (MATNR).

I need the SAP material number to use it in an SD contract. SAP does not allow a PIDX number...

Can someone help me or give me any idea?

Why do you suggest that? Where's the PIDX in there?

1) I have a PIDX code that means a material coming from a middleware

2) It reaches SAP.

3) It reaches an API that has nothing that I can use to figure out what that code means in SAP

I think I would need an SAP table with all materials to compare from - to... but that is not an option. 😕

I am not sure what PIDX represent for but If PIDX is material number from other data source- you can map PIDX with MATNR for your output
