Hi, we have the following scenario;
User executed the payroll successfully and exit the payroll in Control Record (PA03). However, balance was not cleared for an employee and when executing the posting, it shows an error. We know that we can correct the infotype for that specific employee but issue is the control record is in exit mode now and it won't allow to re run the payroll live.
How to resolve the issue?
