organizational plan

hi friends

I configred OM and define organization unit,job& position but i have problem when i hire some one then put position in IT 0001 the system doesnt defulat job and organizational unit why ? the system put job 0000000 and organizational unit 0000000 too can any body tell me why?

Hi,

You have to create relationships in the infotype 1001 for your position. Use transaction code PP01. Enter current plan version, select object as position, enter position id, select relation infotype, click on create icon. enter relations A 003 (belongs to Org. unit) and B 007 (is described by job).
