Obtain system status

Hi all.

I would like to know where I can obtain the current system status for a sale document. I mean, when you display the document flow there is a button for displaying the "status overview" at header and item level.

Is there a table that keeps this information? Table VBUK/VBUP doesn´t seem to match...

Apart from this, where can I see the customizing related to the standard system status? the status profile for the sale order is empty and there is no status profile created in VOVs so I supposed it is using one standard..

function module SD_ORDER_STATUS is callled to retrieve the data and create the hierarchical output. It will let you see all the tables being read to retrieve the infofmation.
