No option for deleting Unwanted Users in Starter Customizing Systems

Hello SAP SUPPORT;

I was trying to remove  some Users in S4 Customizing,but there is no option  for Deletion.

Not sure if I am missing something in the "Mange Workforce " App

Can you shed some light on this issue ?

Kindly follow the ILM process to delete an employee.
