no operation can be determined for Plan error in Ristra20 Program

Batch job is getting failed and slg log shows the error “No operations can be determined for plan 2000003160 and item 1000006162 for this date”

I have checked the options which SAP has suggested that At least one task list that is assigned to a maintenance item of the maintenance plan was not yet created in the system or valid at the calculated planned date or at the required beginning date of the order.

The task list validity is correct and range is within the maintenance plan date. Do you know some other option as in why it is failing and giving this error

I debugged the Program and found that CO_SD_ROUTING_EXPLOSION FM contains the field CAUFVD-ABRUF_FLAG which is not passing the value blank.

Can you please help on this as why this error is getting generated.

Did you tag your post with: PLM Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Plant Maintenance (PM)

Are you using configurable task lists?

Also have a look at OSS, ther are a few notes that reference ABRUF_FLAG.

Also try running IP19 with the following:

• From/To dates for the next 2 years
• With further dates flag set
• With Order set
• With task list set
• Tabular radio-button set
• Enter your maintenance plan number
• Execute

.

Then see if you get any errors.
