Gurus,

When an Inventory for an article is created with the Movement type 711. What exactly it mean?. What is the purpose of Movement Type 711? and When do we use it.

in a physical inventory you can find more or less materail than your books have. This gain or loss is recorded as a movement in SAP.

Physical inventory in inventory managment systems get movement types 701 to 708 and phyiscal inventory in warehouse managment system get movement types 711 to 718.

SAP differentiates with a movement type gain or loss at any stock type (unrestricted, quality, blocked..)

Hi,

while posting 701 K in SAP, the system throws the following error

Message No M7001.Check table 150F: entry K does not exist.

We checked in T150F table (Stock Types and Allocated Fields in Physical Inventory).

There are few entries for special stock K.

Please help

Thanks
