Mixed MRP Indicator

Hi ,

Can any one explain me the use of Mixed MRP indicator in MRP view of material master. What is the use of this and when we need to activate this. Thx in advance

in case of strategy 70- maintain Mixed MRP indicator as 1 - Subassembly planning with final assembly

strategy 11 - maintain mixed MRP indicator as 2 - Gross requirements planning

strategy 74 - maintain mixed MRP indicator as 3 - Subassembly planning without final assembly
