Hello Vagner,

Custom fields added via the extensibility framework will be added to migration objects if the API used for data migration is assigned to an extensibility framework business context.

You can follow the recommendations described in SAP KBA 2726010 - Migration Cockpit: Support of custom fields (in-App extensibility)
