MEIS month of declaration

Hello to everyone,

We have a problem at the moment with the reporting month in SAP MEIS. As a standard, we have a Purshase Order (PO) with month M. We do the MEIS M+1 if the PO have a Goods Receipt and an invoice or M+2 if we have a goods receipt and no invoice.

But a the moment, the MEIS is used with month M for a PO did month M. For us, this is an issue.

Do you have any idea of what happened in the MEIS ? What is this issue ?

The flux is Germany => France

Please check the customizing in Sales --> Foreign Trade --> Periodic Declarations --> Control --> Data Selection Control --> Data Selection Control

Go into the detail for your declaration country and see what indicator is set for the selection logic.

are you certain that the record was created from MEIS and not eventually with a manual entry in VEFU transaction?
