Mass upload of Source list

Hi,

Would like to upload mass source list for 3 plants & 2000+ materials

In ME05 there is no provison of entering the vendor number

Is there any way?

HI,

Use LSMW.When u create the LSMW be careful that if u have more then one vendor the recording

should be done carefully and the data in the excel sheet should be entered in a horizontal way, so that

the system will not overwrite the first vendor .Map ur fields accordindly.or use BDC.

SAP provides IDOC method SRCLST to load source lists in LSMW, no need for own recordings.

Dear All,

I'm using LSMW with the SRCLST Idoc to create source lists, but the Idocs are created with the following error (status 51):

M3 351

Material 110001 not maintained in plant 2000

When I'm checking the material master, the plant 2000 view for material 110001 exists... Do you know what is the problem with my LSMW?

Hi,

If the purchasing view is not created for that material in that plant, then also you will get an error.

Check if purchasing view is created for this material in entered plant. You can also check this directly in MARC table.

Enter material and plant and check if EKGRP field has some value in it.

make sure that the material number has leading zeros in your IDOC if you have not set the lexicographical material numbers
