Manage billing plan APP

Hello all,

On SAP HELP PORTAL, SAP mentioned one app Manage Billing Plans. According to the help documentation,  you can create, change, or display billing plans with this app.

However, I cant found the app Manage Billing Plans in cloud version 1905. Is this app only available for some specific countries? Or I need to active some scope item if I want to use this app?

Thanks for your reply.

I have checked the Manage Billing Plans app in library. This app is part of scope item Convergent Invoicing - Recurring and One-Off Items ( 2T3 ) and it's only available for USA and Germany. That's why I cant find the Manage Billing Plans app in our Cloud system.
