make mandatory address number from delivery address using CJ20n

Hi all

Is it possible to set mandatory RESBD-ADRNR (address number) from the screen Delivery Address (cj20n>extras>delivery information) using SPRO? if yes, what's the patch or the transaction to use? if not, what's the user exit to use?
