Can someone confirm / explain / provide clarity on what SAP is reading when there are multiple inspection lots for one batch. I have an instance with a batch that has multiple inspection lots (one that was released with UD of A, and a new one later created to quarantine partial inventory that is still open). During a usage decision of a material that had consumed this batch, the lot trace came stating the batch was still open, even though at the time of consumption, the batch was under the inspection lot that was released.
Appreciate anyone's technical break down of how SAP's background job when there are multiple inspection lots!
