When I log in to SAP B1 using a trusted connection directly from the SAP B1 sign in screen, my add on and business one dies.
When I log in from the change company screen my add on and SAP B1 start without a problem.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Trusted connections are a pain in the neck, try adding your windows username to a new SQL login and assign it the same password as your windows password.
