J1B3N Não dá Saída Automaticamente

Olá.

O cliente ainda utiliza o formulário NF01 modelo 1/1a para criação de Notas Fiscais de Serviços, a Categoria da Nota Fiscal é o N1. O cenário é totalmente standard.

O cliente não deseja entrar na J1B3N a cada Nota criada para dar saída, ele quer que seja gerado automaticamente.

Para atender à necessidade do cliente fiz as seguintes configurações:

Transação J1BG

Tipo de Mensagem: NF01

Empresa: 0001

Local de Negócios: 0001

Formulário: NF01

Meio: 1 (Saída de impressão)

Momento: 4 (Enviar imediatamente (ao gravar a aplicação))

Dispositivo de Saída: Local

Saída Imediata: X

Nº de Mensagens: 1

Ao concluir um teste, a nota não é impressa.

Quando forço a impressão indo na J1B3N - Nota Fiscal - Saída, a seguinte mensagem surge No total 0 mensagem(ns) processada(s) no total (0 com êxito, 0 com erros)

Se eu altero o momento para 1 (Enviar através de jobs escalonados periodicamente) então ao final do processo a tabela NAST é alimentada e eu consigo forçar a saída na J1B3N sem erros, o problema é que não dá pra automatizar com o cliente deseja.

Alguém sabe bomo posso fazer para configurar a impressão automática da NF01?

Aqui está a resposta da SAP depois que abri um chamado:

Dear customer,

Please, notice that direct  printout during billing posting, by using send times "3" or "4" is not

supported in Brazil. This is explained in note 122285.

Only the send times '1' and '2' are supported by SAP for Notas Fiscais.

Also, as seen on your attached document, you defined send time = 4 in

J1BG transaction and this configuration directly influences how NAST

table will be filled up and later RSNAST00 will be processed. Please,

verify the notes attached that has relevant information related to

this issue specially the note 193607.

Solution

Please use send time indicator '2'. You may plan printing program

RSNAST00 as a batch job to be executed every 10 minutes (of course,

the period of time you choose for the batch job is variable and

individual to decide). Please determine individually which lower limit

is suitable for you...."

How it works before NF-e:

-> For Model 1/1A the customers have program RSNAST00, which they

schedule to run, numbering and printing all NFs not yet numbered.

How it works with NF-e authorized by SEFAZ:

-> For NF-e, when authorized by the government, the system

automatically calls the printing routine.

How it works for NF-e posted under contingency:

-> The NF-es posted under contingency (CONTING = X) will only be

printed when the user requests it via J1B3N.

É...

Parece que não vai rolar saída automática, vai ter que ser pela J1B3N mesmo.
