Hello Experts,
I have configured multilevel configurable Bom structure for Variant Configuration with top material as FERT and subassembly with SFG as configurable material.
I have maintain different classes for each Configurable assemblies each class have different characteristics.
While creating sales order for top level BOM item in configuration screen when I am selecting the characters for SFG after top level character selection i am not getting the exploded bill of material for the SFG configurable material.
Please find my BOM Structure as below.
Top level as
1)ENGINE - FERT. BIKE ENGINE - SFG 1
GEAR ASSY. -. SFG 2
ENGINE FERT - has Characteristics
Bike color, tyre. Etc
Bike Engine - SFG 1 has Characeristics
110cc,125cc,150cc
GEAR ASSY : SFG 2 has Characteristics
Angular , Angular2.
After selection of Characeristics for SFG1 and SFG2 system is not exploding my bill of material for SFG configurable Bom, but when I am adding the characteristics of SFG under main material class Engine FERT at that time system is exploding entire BOM, so system is only considering the configuration of top level configurable assembly ENGINE - FERT and not the configurable subassemblies.
Is there any way so that my values of characteristics get pass to top level assembly item without adding the characters in top level assembly classs ?
Is there any type of Constraint dependency i will need in such case ?
I have maintained the configuration profile for AVC as Multilevel BOM explosion with aplication as pp01.
Thanks for your patience.
Waiting for your reply.
Seems like no expert in AVC multilevel configuration.
