Inspection of Inner Material

Hi Guys,

When we create Process order at the time of drum filling(Final stage), where FG is based on Pack size, SFG(i.e. Oil) is inside the Drum.

BOM Structure:

Drum is Header mat.

Oil is Item.

I need to generate Quality Inspection for Inside SFG (At the time of GR against Process order).

How it achieve?

Please suggest me....

IS QM Module is implemented

IF yes

activated the inspection type 04 in material master in Quality management view

Create a Inspection plan in QP01 with usage as 5 and status as relased

IN opration enter the description and click inspection characteristics

and  assign MIC and sampling procedure

It only generate the Inspection lot for Header Mat. Not for Inner mat.

I want the Inspection lot for Inner mat. i.e. Oil.

I am Not sure about the  inspection at the time of GI( issuing the oil to production order)

activate 02 in material master QM view

Create a inspection plan in QP01 with usage 6 goods issue

and check result

First test the scenario in IDES or DEV
