Dear Fellows;
I have two employee groups MTO & Worker. When I run payroll, payroll doesn't process for the employee MTO whose contract expired. But for Worker payroll runs for all the employees, even if the contract is expired.
I want If the contract is expired for any employee, payroll should not be run for those employees.
Please help how to rectify this.

I have checked, both employees have the same data maintenance, but during the payroll run system is not reading "contract expiry" valid until field for the Worker category.
Is this option controlled via Schema? if yes, please guide the steps for schema update for this change.

Hi, I hope, the employment status in infotype 0 will control the payroll run. Please check the MTO employee's infotype 0 as well as 16 and how your payroll schema controls the payroll running.
