Incompletion log 'Complete Data' not taking to an empty field

Dear Experts,

I am trying to create a sales order but after entering data in all the fields, I am getting two items in incompletion log. But on selecting either of them and clicking on 'Complete Data', I am taken to the same last pricing condition which is already populated with data. Please tell me how can I proceed.

Is it taking you to the header condition or the item condition?
