Import multiple versions to SAP SAC analytical cloud

Hi ,

I am new to SAC space .

i am able load flat file data to sac model and defaulted to public.actual  while loading and  succeed data loading .

But while loading multiple versions ( actual , forecast ) and getting error and not able to load .

i read several blogs and posts and not able to get answer .

please advise correct way , how to load multiple versions to sac model from flat file .

You should highlight what error are you getting. There are 2 ways you can load multiple versions data into SAC. Before you load into multiple versions make sure you have created those public versions in Version management option so that version master data is ready before you load something to it.

In terms of loading, either you can prepare separate files for each version data and then default it to the respective version in mapping section of the load job like you did for Actuals or you can include a version column in your data file which has the version information in it. Please not version in SAC are named as Public.<Version name> like  Public.Actual, Public.Budget etc.Once you have this version column just map this column to your version dimension in the mapping of your load process.
