How to avoid inactive users to show up in listboxes that referr to employees

In several windows of SAP B1, example Activity ( under CRM Module) you can select the Employee type and choose an employee from the list. However this contains all employees in the employee table, also the not active ones.

For Customers and Items I can use the SAP option, Do not Display inactive ones, however for employees I have not found that.

How can I get this done ?

you have to develop the search, and use SDK to solve this issue. You need a new search in this field, not the standar search.
