Goods issue problem

Hi,

It is a REM scenario. Backflushing happens by background mode at every 10mins.

For ex. FERT material say X and HALB material Y. While backflushing system has to consume the material Y. But system not consuming sometimes, that is also within a day. Any clues?

For your reference, ECM is activated for this BOM.

Dear Dharma,

Can you check what's the component's quantity and unit of measure assigned in the BOM?

Also can you please check when its successful what's the GR quantity and when it's getting failed

what's the GR quantity?

Hi Mangal,

Component qty is 1 and UOM is EA. Successful GR qty is not similar, it is varying for each document.

GR failed qty also varying. But the semifinished component not consumed from morning 00:00 to 14:55.

After that it is consumed. Anymore clues?

Issue solved. Problem is material master was changed by the user on that date. Thanks to everyone who given me guidelines.
