Hi, please explain with one example of fixed quatntity tick field in bom template.what is the defination of fixed qty in bom screen.

Hi Raju,

Fixed Qty indicator for a component implies that the qty is fixed irrespective of the qty of the assembly produced.

For Eg: There is a BOM where A is your hdr material and B and C are the components. To produce 100 Nos of A, 100 Nos of B and 100 Nos of C required. If the fixed qty indicator enabled for B then irrespective of the qty of A the qty of B remains 100. ie To produce 100 Nos of A or 1000 Nos of A, only 100 Nos of B is required.
