FBL1N output issue

Hi Gurus,

When we enter FBL1N, and select data for a company code, even though data exists it shows blank screen. But we get some x items displayed in status bar. And if we go in settings and choose a layout we get the output but going back to basic list is blank.

what may be the issue.

All reqd authorisations are available.

Pls choose layout 1SAP and then try. There must be a default layout set that's why you are not getting any data. Also check for any filters applied which is contradicting with the parameters entered by you.

Hello,

Please check Filter settings in the layout in which nothing is displayed.

Sometimes some other user by mistake put filter criteria and save layouts.

Hi All,

All the requisite parameters and authorisations were already in place.

But changing layout was working fine.

And issue was w.r.t basic list.

So, I just opened the layout used in basic list and checked.

Issue : Filter condition was in place which made the entries hidden.

Check the parameter ID set in your user profile (System >> User Profile >> Own data >> Parameters tab).  FIT_ALV_AP is the parameter ID and you can enter the desired layout (e.g. /SAP05 or any layout created by you) in the parameter value column.  Once done, it should work always.

Hi,

Just choose another layout (Standard of preference.) on the selection screen.

Like: "/SAP5"

After see the data you can change the layout with your preference.

I've suffered sometimes in the past with that.
