Excise Error while capturing

Hi

While i was capturing the excise in J1IEX with reference to PO & GR - it throwing message that document doesn't have any items - why?

When i tried without PO by cancelling the Invoice & GR it has taken based Purchase Order.

Can any one give me explanation on the above. Why?

Know i have done GR and in J1IEX against GR, it has thrown the following message

The material document has already been reffered for a different Exc. Inv.

Why?

check how u done ur GR. Did u already captured excise while doing GR or just put refer.

yes, In GR all the excise data is displayed.

y is there link with GR

if it captured in GR then how should i check whether it has updated registers or not

excise could be captured and post in GR (migo). i asked you to check whether u have captured in migo itself.

take the mat doc and check the excise tab. can see whether its captured or not.

in the exise , u can see a icon in yellow . click on it . u can see the part 1 and if u have done part 2 . u can see that too

yes it has captured in MIGO even Part2 is also done it is displaying as per ur post.

I haven't executed J1IEX how it has done. How can check the registers?

se16 , j_1ipart2 to see all excise part2 entries. u have to relay on it No std reports in sap
