Error while executing crystal report

I have a problem where when running the report. Gives two errors, the first in less than a second that gives the message:" Cannot load the rpt file" and then immediately after the error: "Error while executing crystal report"

I already did the whole process of installing and reinstalling the runtime, I already did the procedure to reinstall the Client. Happens to all machines except the database server.

Can anyone help me?

Sounds like you don't have access to get the reports.

Check with the B1 Admin to verify you do have access to the B1 BOE Server.

Hi,

I don't know if you've tried this but if you haven't, please do. First, open the report you want to upload on the client computer. Then do database validation. Save the report. As the last step, upload this report again on the client computer. I hope it works!

Is the database client installed on the machines where the reports aren't working? What type and version of database are you connecting to?
