Error while creating project - Resource is not an employee

Hi Experts,

Greetings!!

It has been observed that while trying to create investment project with some user IDs we are getting an error is "Resource is not an employee" and showing an information like "Controlling Area was derived from Responsible Cost Center" for the same investment project with same employee as project manager if we have created a project with some other user IDs, it is getting created without any message.

Screenshot is attached for your reference.

We have reviewed the restrictions of roles but no use. Please help us on this issue. With this team is unable to create a project.

Hi Yaswanth,

Please check in the "Manage Workforce" app if this user has a valid and current work agreement with a cost center assignment. If not, please create one and then try creating the project. If these users are pushed from an external system then attempt to reload the data into the system from the other system.
