Error during Conversion of Accounting to SAP S/4HANA

Hi Experts,

During Migrate General Ledger Customizing (FINS_MIG_LEDGER_CUST) getting below warning along with other information messages,

Information FINS_ACDOC_CUST014 Ledger 0D successfully migrated ,Ledger 0L successfully migrated,

Ledger 0M successfully migrated, Ledger 1D successfully migrated, Ledger 1L successfully migrated,

Information FINS_ACDOC_CUST378 Migration of General Ledger Customizing successfully performed

Warning FINS_ACDOC_CUST379: Some inconsistencies in G/L Customizing need to be resolved.

And this is not letting us proceed further. When checking the inconsistencies (FINS_CUST_CONS_CHK) getting error messages.

error FINS_ACDOC_CUST001 No leading ledger found

error FINS_ACDOC_CUST040 Please assign company code 1000 to the leading ledger ().

warning FINS_ACDOC_CUST385 Customizing is inconsistent: Postings of journal entries not possible

Please provide insights on these kind of issues encountered during conversion.

Hi Hamed,

Check if the subapplication of your leading ledger in table T881 and table FINSC_LEDGER is be "PSM" or "PSX". If it is not PSM or PSX, please read note 1386675 - Change of Ledger sub application in NewGL or S/4HANA.

Error FINS_ACDOC_CUST248 (You first need to migrate to Universal Journal Entry)

The active application/sub application in the system must be the same as in the ledger. If it is different, this will cause that the ledger is not visible in the IMG although it exists in table T881 and/or FINSC_LEDGER (if existing). In order to make it consistent, the sub application used by the ledger in T881 and/or FINSC_LEDGER needs to be adjusted to the one used by the system.

If the system is using sub application "PSM" or "PSX", please execute program FMGL_CHANGE_APPL_IN_LEDGER. This program will change the sub application of all the ledgers in all the clients where Public Sector Management is activated, to "PSM" or "PSX" respectively.
