Sir,

Requirement :

We have Inspection plan in that it has two operations (OP10) and (OP20)

In (OP10) we have operations like a,b,c - Agency A

In (OP20) we have operations like d,e,f - Agency B

In Quality plan at header level ,Lot level DMR rule is maintained, rule say D15 ---> (15 DAYS ONCE INSPECTION)-

QDR3 : @ UD Level Functionality.

GR Date :31.08.2019.

Ud Date :01.01.2019 (First lot came to inspection and ud given)-Lot1

On 16.01.2019 both OP10 and OP20 opens for Inspection.

But our requirement is that (OP20) Should not open on 16.01.2019 , it should open on 01.04.2019 (D90)

-->(90 DAYS ONCE INSPECTION)

For each part no we can maintain in parameter no of days for (OP20).

Note : we dont need to maintain in DMR character level and achieve this functionality, because master data maintenance is a tedious task.

Kindly request to provide suitable functional module / User exit to achieve this functionality.

Regards,

Linganathan U

No. the DMR rules cannot be applied to the operation level.

If they are applied at the lot level, it applies to all operations since they are all in the lot.

You can do at characteristic level, but yes... it requires more work.

What you might be able to do is use the user exit for selecting inspection plans. You would need to develop you own logic on which plan to pick based on your quality levels. Then when the UD is done, use a UD follow-up action or UD save user enhancement to manually update your quality levels.
