Depreciation period is combined together

Dear expert,

I need help here.

I have just uploaded my asset via AS91 and reconciled to the GL and everything is fine.

When I check to the AW01N, I noted the unpost depreciation period 5-7 (for individual asset) are combined together in period 7. Hence, I cannot run depreciation posting for period 5 and 6.

I really wonder why the depreciation for period 5 and 6 are lump in period 7.

Please help, I need to fix this error. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Check your settings for Last Period posted.... Transaction OAYC.

It is also possible that someone has already run AFAB for thoose periods, use AFBP to check for logs or just try to run AFAB for period 5 (in test mode) and check what error messages are generated. If this is the cause you can use OAGL - Reset Posted Depreciation , if anything has been posted you will have to manually cancel the FI Documents.
