Daily recurring Activities - close / inactive

Hello everyone,

We have setup several daily recurring activities linked to items in SAP Business One.

Our understanding now is that each day this activity appears at the specified time and we can then complete it (to check that we have done it)

When we close it, we also get the message if the change should be made for this single activity or for all activities of the series. Here we decide for the single activity.

The activity remains in the calendar, but on the following days the activity no longer appears, because now all activities are completed at once.

The same happens if we only set it to inactive.

How can we complete (set to inactive) single activities of a series to check if we have completed the activity? When we open the activities in the item so we see all the activities of the series

Just found a solution which I share for people with same issues / questions :

- For Recurring Activities linked to items use the field status (OCLG,status) if the daily activity is finished

- Select "Change only for this entry ..."

- Set a Reminder (OCLG,RemQTY) so you are receiving a message

In your items -> Activities you will have afterwards a nice overview of your linked activities
