For customer returns which t code we will use.?

What will be the status of material at that time.?

create return sales order in va01 -order type RE

after that do return delivery,...here the stock will be stored in returns storage location.After that use t-code mb1b with movement type 453 to move the material to the original storage location.

after that credit note will be raised for customer to pay the amount back.
