COPA: Creating Operating Concern KEA0

Hello,

I am in KEAO trying to create an operating concern; however, when I press enter I am given an error message saying that : "You are not authorized to maintain settings which affect all clients, Msg No KE635.

However, when I check my systems settings for authorization, as I noticed this instruction was given in another answer in another blog, it states there are no restrictions and cross client maint is in fact allowed.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what I may be doing wrong, or what is stopping me from moving forward.

Hi

Looks like you have missing authorization for object S_TABU_CLI. Check with your security team
