confusion in VAT

HI

I want to know if for price is more than 8 lac and for that vat is 14.5% and below that 13.5. can we make it automatically if price is more that 8 lac it will pick up 14.5% as VAT ?

I also want to know how can i see my previous post in this new version i am not finding it

For finding your post

Go to your profille by clicking on your name there in activity tab you will find all the posts by you & in content tab you will find all the questions by you.
