Concept of AUC processing through WBS element complete process.

Hi experts,

Kindly could someone explain the whole process of settlement of AUC (asset under construction) with the help of WBS element, like creation of WBS element and what is WBS element.

Could some one attach any blog or tag any information that will help in this regard.
