Capacity planning is remain same for AFS materials, you can use transaction like CM21 and CM25.

What I wanted to know is, regarding MD02, for example, should I use /N/AFS/MD02?
My main question is when should I use the "/N/AFS/..." and when not to use it?

For AFS material you should use /AFS/ transactions like
/AFS/MD02 AFS-MRP: Single-item Planning
/AFS/MD04 AFS Stock/Requirements List
/AFS/MD06 AFS MRP List
/AFS/MD09 AFS Pegged Requirements
/AFS/MD4C AFS Order Report
/AFS/MDC Mass Data Change of Documents
and for other material use SAP normal transactions.

All other transactions for the AFS material should I use the normal ones?....CS01, CR11, CR01, CA01, etc.....
