Cannot inactive PLD even though it is superuser and having professional license

Hi all,

I noticed that only 'manager' can inactive the Print Layout Design (PLD), other users with professional license and also a superuser are not able to inactive the PLD.

I tested in 9.1 (SQL version) and 9.3 (HANA version) are the same behaviour.

Is this system bug?

Hi, just to update, at the moment, only superuser can inactive the layout, non superuser even with professional license and full authorization for all modules, cannot inactive the layout.

Conclusion:

At the moment only superuser can inactive the layout, non superuser even with professional license and full authorization for all modules, cannot inactive the layout.

Submitted the idea to SAP:

SAP should have an authorization to allow the non superuser to be able to inactive the layout. Non-superuser with authorization to create or edit layout, can also set a layout to inactive.
