Cancellation of TO not triggering IDOC WMCATO

Hi gurus,

I have created a transfer order which is sent to an external system with WMTOID02 (message type WMTORD).

When I cancel the TO from txn code LT15, no cancellation request WMCAID01 (message type WMCATO) is sent to external system. I have maintained WMCATO in Partner profile. Is their something that I am missing?

Thanks for your input.

The OSS says " When an outbound IDoc of basic type WMCAID01 is created from a transfer order cancellation, the system does not link the IDoc to the transfer order. As a result, nothing is displayed when selecting the generic object services (GOS) icon within LT21.

This same issue can be seen with outbound IDoc of basic type WMPHID01 as well, during pick-HU assignment."

Is this in coherence with my problem statement? As I am not able to create/trigger IDOC after LT15 is executed and OSS says IDOC is created.
