I need to create a pricing procedure at the sales side but use PB00 (purchaing price). Is this possible? Will the system automatically search for the info record of PB00? What should be done in order to get it, like requirement?

Like Bindu has mentioned you should use VPRS condition type, this capture the cost of the material.
Yes, VPRS will be different for different plant.
