Best Practise D44: Internal Maintenance | repair

Hi,

It often happens that our equipment doesn't need to be repaired by an external company. Can the flow described in best practice D44 be used for repairs executed at our own production plant ?

Certainly yes. The Plant Maintenance module is all about repair of internal assets.

Very broadly the process is:

Create maintenance order --> Plan work --> release order --> confirm the time and material consumed --> settle the costs --> close the order
