Batch management allocation issue

hello SAP Community,

I have a problem with batchs attribution when I perform inventory movements.

I have idocs MGBCR for a transfer movement (309) from an external WMS that failed with a an error message " dificit use,X qty, batch number" .This Batch that program has picked up doesn't have stock enough it has 0 quantity in MCHB, while other batchs have more than enough for the same material and haven't been picked up by the program? Are there some missing configurations to do to make the program go seeking batchs with enough stock quantity?
