Dear All,
Is there someone who can let me know if there are still basic financial planning functionalities (cost center, G/L, ...) in S/4HANA public cloud like the transactions in ERP? As far as I know until now is, that there are only “supporting” apps to upload data for example. Or the liquidity planer.
Thank you in advance
Best regards,
Christian
Hi Christian,
You can upload plans and budgets and view them side by side in reporting apps to compare against actuals by cost center, gl, project, etc. It isn't as full featured as BPC or Analytics Cloud Planning, but in playing around with it I've found it at least as functional if not more than ECC in most areas.
Thanks,
Ryan

... and to build on rpmuller 's response - if you need a tool for the actual entry of your plan data (e.g cost centre plans), then SAC planning is the tool that is available to support this in the SAP Cloud landscape. There seems to be more and more standard functionality being pushed out there. Have a look at scope item 2EB for SAC?
