Automatic Inbound delivery creation for Partial GR - S/4HANA Cloud

Hi Team,
We are trying to do partial goods receipt in the warehouse

if we do partial goods receipt in eWM then system is not creating inbound delivery automatically for remaining quantity.

We have to manually create inbound delivery for remaining quantity.
what is the best practice for partial goods receipt in eWM?

Dear SAP Community,

It's not possible to post/reverse partial (line item) goods receipts for inbound deliveries. However, I wanted to check with you if something could help your guy's problem daily:

It is possible to post exception DIFD during product warehouse task confirmation in RF and by doing this the quantities in the delivery item for which the exception was triggered are reduced accordingly and as well updated in the ERP delivery.

If your customer works with HU warehouse Task then there is a possibility of using desktop by the APP 'Confirm Warehouse Tasks – Advanced' to use exception code DIFD for the content and you can reduce the quantity contained in the HU.
