Authorization for UD

Dear Experts,

We want to prevent some users from doing UD for a particular material type and particular inspection types . How to carry out this .

Hi

for allowing only certain users to take UD you can use QM material Auth in QM view of material master.

attach this role to indivisual user or group od user for which you want to autherize.

OR in role creation you can create role related to UD(QA11) and attach to individual user.

Hi

go to QCC0->Envirnmemt>central function->Autherisation mgt->click on Maintain authorizations

here you cam maintain autherization depending on group or processwise.
